My wife and I are extremely pleased with the job Wendy did for us. It is our pleasure to provide a testimonial regarding our experience with Wendy during the sale of our home. Here are some of the things we noticed during our time with her. 1. She is very competent/knowledgable regarding the real-estate industry. 2. She is a "straight shooter" and doesn't mince words, doesn't make promises she can't keep or waste your time. Is very personable, listens well and works for you in your best interest. Has a high energy level and is a good negotiator. 3. She made certain that we thoroughly understand each phase of the sale as it occurred: pricing, marketing, offer, inspection, appraisal and act of sale. 4. She demonstrated an impressive ability to work with buyers agents, buyers and affiliated attorneys while focussing on and facilitating completion of the sale. Has a unique ability to keep everybody happy. Besides being very good @ what she does as illustrated by the commentary above, we feel that her most impressive traits are her integrity and the fact that she really cared about all parties concerned (with the sale of our home). This became obvious and was appreciated by all.
