Wendy has a very good knowledge of the local market. We unfortunately had a predicated deal which fell apart, but after that she was able to get the home shown and got us a good offer fairly quickly. She also knew several contractors (roofers, plumbers, etc.) who helped do needed repairs prior to sale. She was very good at communicating acting what was going on and keeping us up to date on things as the sale progressed.

Wendy was awesome. She was present from day one through the Act of Sale. She did an inspection of our home before we listed and made suggestions regarding upgrades to increase the value of our home. We took her advice and our home was only listed for a couple of days and it sold!!!! The listing pictures were professional and beautiful. She answered EVERY question we had (pretty much daily LOL) and saw us through the sellers side of the transaction. I've never had such a pleasant and smooth experience selling a home. If you ever need an agent use Wendy, she's Wonder Woman in disguise. Thank you Wendy!
